Welcome fellow Minecraft Enthusiasts! After a while, I’m back with some cool stuff for you. Or rather I’ve come with a cool stuff that can store your cool stuff for you, in style! Now, instead of storing your treasure in some boring old box, you can store them in this DIY Minecraft chest that is both functional and aesthetically pleasing, not to mention extremely gamer-friendly! It is the perfect supplement for your gaming room or your bedroom or your store room or whatever weird room you got!

So, I had this old watch box lying around and looking at it gave me the perfect up-cycling idea for it to be transformed, or rather crafted, into this neat DIY Minecraft Chest. I have always loved Minecraft chests; it’s one of my favourite blocks in Minecraft. It’s pretty cool that we can store all our loot and items in the chest but getting to do that in real life seemed real interesting to me.

Its also very easy to make and all you need are stuff that’s almost always commonly available like:
- A watch box
- Black duct tape
- Printout
- Tape
- Glue
- Black colour paper
- Paper
- Diamonds (to store in the chest after we are done)

So get that watch box of yours, and throw that watch away (don’t actually do that, just keep it aside until we are done). And if you are worried that your watch may become homeless due to this, then worry not for the chest we are gonna make is gonna house that watch in a much more elegant way alright.
Once you have acquired that block, its time to get to the crafting table. Use black colour paper and black duct tape to make the inside of the watch box completely black.
Then, take printouts of the texture of the chest and cut them out and then paste them on to the watch box.
And for the printout material of the pixelated chest, clickity-click this link or download it from here (you might wanna resize it according to your needs):
Then, use the ultimate duct tape magic to cover the borders of the chest giving a neat finishing. Finally, make a latch out of paper and attach it and voila, your own Minecraft Chest!
I could have included pictures of the making process, but I have made it into a fun video instead which you may sit back and enjoy watching and follow along as well!
